Andrea Simmons has been a litigator since graduating in 1987 from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. She served as an officer and courtroom attorney for the U.S. Army JAG Corps from 1987 to 1990, where she was assigned to the Third Armored Division in West Germany. Andi first prosecuted, then defended, soldiers in courts martial.  She returned to Indianapolis in 1990 and entered private practice. Since then, she has focused her practice on the defense of individuals, small businesses, municipalities and corporations. She has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including mediation, jury trials and appeals. In 2007 Andi received a Master's Degree in human biology from the University of Indianapolis, with a concentration in forensic anthropology. As a result of the expertise she has gained in the subjects of human physiology and anatomy, and  her decades of experience litigating personal injury matters, Andi is highly effective in evaluating injuries, analyzing medical records, and cross-examining expert witnesses.
